• Leading and coordinating a small assembly team
• Independently managing construction sites in new builds and renovations
• Organizing workflows on site
• Quality, deadline, and safety control
• Active participation in erecting, element construction, interior finishing, and renovations
• Contact person for construction management and customers
• Driving our company vehicle to various locations

• Completed training as a Carpenter EFZ
• Further training or experience as a foreman is an advantage
• Driver's license category B (mandatory)
