Job Description
As a cutting grinder (m/f/div.), you are responsible for regrinding and maintaining the stamping tools. You work closely with the production and planning departments of our company.
Your tasks essentially include:
- You operate conventional and CNC-controlled surface grinding machines.
- Surface grinding work for fixture construction is part of your responsibilities.
- You are responsible for maintaining the required precision and perform precise grinding work on individual parts and small series.
- Troubleshooting of stamping tools in the production lines is part of your duties.
- You identify improvement potential and implement it.
- Shifts during weekends and holidays to ensure continuous operation of the production facilities (7 - 8 shifts per calendar year)
Qualifications
- Education: Basic manual training EFZ
- Personality and working style: Reliable, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a systematic and precise working style in 3-shift operation
- Experience and know-how: Experience in the machinery industry and experience in conventional and CNC-controlled grinding are advantageous
- Language: German
