Your Tasks

You support the branch management in implementing the company strategy as well as in achieving budget and cost targets
You ensure attractive product presentation, optimal processes, and a positive shopping experience
You are co-responsible for leading and further developing the team
You inspire our customers with your expertise and personal commitment
You ensure that daily processes run smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are maintained
You monitor inventory levels and ensure that there is always enough stock available

Your Profile

Ideally, you have completed training in retail with a focus on food
Experience in leading employees and developing teams is desirable
You always keep an overview, even when juggling several tasks at the same time
You are proficient in MS Office and merchandise management systems, ideally also with SAP R/3
You are willing to actively support the team on Saturdays and Sundays
