The Burgerspittel is the senior institution of the Burgergemeinde Bern. In a dignified environment, we provide care and support as well as numerous hospitality services for around 190 older residents. We maintain a warm welcome culture and approach employees and residents openly and appreciatively.
We provide inpatient care services for older people with varying care needs. Our care and support are resource-oriented and tailored to the individual needs of our residents. For residents without constant care needs, we provide internal "Spitex services" as needed.

Health Specialist 60-100% with Additional Function RAI Supervisor
immediately or by arrangement
- You focus on the safety and well-being of our residents when carrying out care measures
- You ensure the care documentation and document the nursing and technical activities
- You are the contact person for doctors regarding medical matters and other services involved in the care process as well as for residents and their relatives
- You participate in the training of trainees according to their competencies
- You are jointly responsible for compliance with and implementation of the instructions, guidelines, etc. for care quality
- Responsibility for the correct implementation of the RAI process
- You have completed training as a qualified health professional EFZ
- You are resilient, flexible, and accustomed to working independently
- You have good manners and can listen attentively
- You treat our residents with respect and beneficial humor and have good oral and written German skills
- Solid experience in RAI processes and in dealing with RAI software. Ideally: Completed further training in RAI LTCF or the willingness to complete it
