• Technical and hierarchical management of the regional team of external service employees
• Responsibility for costs and turnover for the entire region and for all species
• Support for employees and their clients on technical questions related to livestock farming
• Regular accompaniment of advisors in the field
• Preparation of animal feed offers intended for clients and project clients
• Maintenance and development of customer relationships with partners and organizations at regional and national levels
• Participation in events and national technical groups for the development of the assortment and products
• Organization and implementation of internal training

• MSc or BSc in agronomy
• Dynamic personality
• Native language: French, professional proficiency in German and English 
• Strong connection with animal production
• Good ability to lead and support a technical-commercial team
• Solution-oriented, close to clients and employees
• Good interpersonal skills

•  In-depth training in a varied field of activity
