We are hypt, a young and ambitious Swiss marketing software (SaaS) company based in Bern. As the first company worldwide, we help companies increase their sales by unleashing the true potential of word-of-mouth. We have big goals and plan to expand into the DACH market within the next year. To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated working student or intern to actively support our sales and marketing team.

🥜 Your job in brief

As an intern / working student in Marketing & Sales Support, you will assist our team with research, data preparation, PR, social monitoring, and administrative tasks. You will gain deep insight into the daily life of a growing SaaS startup and work closely with sales, marketing, and external partners.

Your mission

• Industry-specific research and selection of relevant banks and insurance companies
• Compilation of all institutions including locations in Excel
• Maintenance, structuring, and updating of datasets
• Simple evaluations and creation of key figures
• Random data checks for quality assurance
• Coordination with designers for report and presentation materials
• Maintenance and expansion of PR lists (banking, insurance, tech, DACH/EU)
• Sending PR articles to defined media and press contacts
• Documentation of dispatch, feedback, and publications
• Identification of relevant LinkedIn posts on topics such as feedback, generative AI, SaaS, sales & marketing
• Derivation of usable insights for content, PR, and sales
• Support in idea generation for social and content topics
• Research of relevant events, conferences, and meetups
• Market and competitor research

👪 Who we are looking for

Who we are looking for

Great people are more important to us than perfect resumes. Your motivation, curiosity, and reliability matter more to us than degrees.

• You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (bachelor or master)
• You work in a structured way and enjoy research and data preparation
• You feel confident using Excel / Google Sheets
• You work independently and take responsibility
• You are interested in marketing, sales, PR, SaaS, or tech
• You speak very good German and have solid English skills

➕ Nice to have (or willing to learn on the job):

• First experience in marketing, sales, PR, or consulting
• Interest in AI, generative AI, or B2B SaaS
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, media work, or CRM tools

You decide when and where you work. However, it is important to us to meet in person at least once a week.

Second office in Valencia & workation

If you want to escape the often rainy and cold Swiss weather, you can work abroad or in our office in Valencia at any time – we even cover part of the costs.
