- Working at the grill, assisting at all stations in the restaurant's self-service area 

- Various "mise-en-place" tasks 

- Daily assistance with goods logistics including adherence to FIFO principle 

- Compliance with and implementation of the HACCP hygiene concept 

- Various cleaning tasks
