• You are responsible for the smooth operation at Stay KooooK, take care of all operational and administrative processes on site, and are responsible for guest satisfaction – from A to Z
• Through your high host passion and commitment, you are crucial to the success of our concept
• With great attention to detail, you take over coordination and control with housekeeping, organize and conduct events for our guests
• The flat and the backyard are your domain – you lovingly take care of the plants and ensure that everything is as cozy and tidy as at home
• You accompany your guests if necessary on their digital guest journey and support them with their concerns
• Through your warm manner and positive attitude, guests feel completely comfortable with you and you enable them a unique stay

• You are authentic! Assertive and conscientious, you are open to a new and unconventional hotel concept as well as uncomplicated work processes
• Multi-competence is your personal motivation: posts on social media, organizing community events, etc. excite you
• You have already gained experience in hospitality and have worked 1-2 years in a responsible role in front office, event, or F&B
• Hotel management school degree or other business administration training is an advantage
• German is your mother tongue, you speak fluent English and maybe even some French
