As a Regional Sales Manager at our Bazenheid location, you play a key role in building, supporting, and developing long-term customer relationships in the education sector in Eastern Switzerland. You proactively identify individual needs, acquire new customers, and strengthen our existing customer relationships through reliability and solution orientation. With your commitment, you contribute decisively to the success of our company.

What to expect / Tasks:
- You acquire and develop existing and potential customers in your market area
- You prepare offers and tenders
- You take over the management of the offer process as well as the conduct of contract negotiations with skill and strategic foresight
- Through communication and positioning of our core competencies, you directly contribute to expanding our market position
- A product management and design team supports you with customer-specific solutions and visualizations of furniture and room concepts
- Together with the internal sales department and our production in Huttwil BE and our headquarters in Hochdorf LU, you ensure smooth project execution and guarantee customer satisfaction
- You work closely with architects and planners and further develop the partnership collaboration
- As a committed "advocate" for the customer, you successfully represent their interests within our organization
What you bring / Profile:
- A completed vocational training
- You have already gained experience in project sales and new customer acquisition and can proudly demonstrate successful results
- Ideally, you have already completed further training in sales or plan to do so (sales manager, sales coordinator, or similar)
- Thanks to your winning nature, you build customer trust and easily overcome the difficult initial hurdles in new customer acquisition
- You understand how to learn about customers' needs and decision criteria and can arouse interest with suitable solution approaches, build relationships, and accompany the customer through to purchase completion
- You are enthusiastic about the furnishing industry and can identify with our products and sustainable company philosophy
- A proactive, independent, and responsible working style with a strong goal orientation and good IT skills (MS365, CRM, ERP, CAD) complete your profile
