- Leading and motivating a team of four employees as well as temporary staff.
- Independent planning and coordination of production and personnel deployment planning (short- and long-term).
- Monitoring, optimizing, and improving the quality of production processes.
- Active participation in production, especially in cheese cutting and various tasks.
- Technical know-how: operation and maintenance of production machines as well as contact person for technical malfunctions.
- Experienced handling of IT systems and affinity for digital processes.
- Ensuring and documenting all quality, hygiene, and safety requirements.
This is what you bring
- Completed basic technical training (EFZ).
- Further training with a federal certificate of competence (production, organization) or willingness to complete it.
- Experience in food technology, planning, and employee management.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage.
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office.
- Enjoyment of teamwork, sense of responsibility, and desire to make a difference together.
