The construction management division is a central part of the real estate value chain and is being developed into an independent division at H&B Real Estate AG. With practical client representation and professional project management, we want to comprehensively and competently support our internal and external customers.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and dynamic personality who will help shape and drive the further development of our youngest department, construction management. In this key role, you will design the structures and strategies for efficient construction management and be responsible for the successful implementation of our construction projects.
Project Management Construction Management (m/f) 80-100%
Your tasks:
- Support in the further development and expansion of the construction management department, in close cooperation with the existing team of two people
- Phase- and deadline-compliant planning (layout planning)
- Coordinate and lead planners, specialists, and contractors
- Obtain approvals and decisions from clients, authorities, and offices
- Create phase-appropriate schedules for tenders and execution
- Develop construction processes and logistics, taking into account contractual and project-related framework conditions
- Invoice control and financial project management
- Lead and document meetings
- Control and management (costs / deadlines / quality)
- Contribute to the development of internal processes, standards, and tools for construction management
- Support in acquisition
- Build and expand a network in the industry
Requirements:
- Higher education in construction (e.g., architecture, civil engineering, construction economics, or comparable qualification)
- Experience in project management and client representation
- Solid knowledge in construction management, project management, cost planning, schedule control, and contract law
- Extensive network in construction management, architecture, client trusteeship
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as enthusiasm for building up and further developing a division
- Leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with planners, contractors, and authorities
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Knowledge of construction and contract law, standards, and guidelines
- Confident handling of digital tools in construction management (e.g., Messerli, ProjektPro, MS Project, or comparable)
- Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
