Job Description
As an IT analyst specializing in backend microservices architecture, you join the team responsible for developing essential applications for the smooth management of billing and patient tracking throughout their care pathway within our institution. These also enable the management of the forecasted occupancy of care units for intervention planning.
In this context, you design and implement solutions based on microservices architecture, leveraging the latest technologies to ensure efficient and secure access to patient records, recording care episodes, and ultimately billing.
More specifically, you lead technical decisions at the backend level using Java. You ensure the security and sustainability of business applications and provide expert advice to development team members. You handle pull requests that have already undergone an initial review by a less experienced developer.
Your role is not limited to development; you are involved in all phases of an IT project, from initiation to completion, and produce the expected deliverables at each phase. You also provide level 2 and 3 user support, in collaboration with other DTN-IA services and with a customer-oriented approach. You rely on your synthesis ability and pragmatism to move forward and complete your work within the given deadlines.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent diploma, along with 10 years of successful experience as a developer. Experience in hospital information systems (patient records, pathways, flows, etc.) is highly valued.
You have proven expertise in event-driven microservices architecture with demonstrated expertise in the Kafka solution.
Additionally, you master Java/J2EE technologies with the Spring framework, particularly Spring Boot, Spring Data r2dbc, Spring Cloud Stream, and Spring Security. You have confirmed experience with OAuth2, Hibernate, SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL), and MongoDB. Proven skills in Angular version 14 or higher, as well as significant experience in unit and integration testing, are an asset.
You regularly use collaboration tools such as GIT, JIRA, and Confluence, as well as build tools Gradle, Maven, and Docker. Furthermore, in-depth knowledge of agile methods (Scrum) is a plus.
You demonstrate organization, good interpersonal skills, and autonomy in problem-solving. Moreover, you have initiative and wish to take on challenges in a demanding and highly technical environment.
