Full-time Social Care Operator (100%)

Class and annual salary (including 13th month salary):

3 52'756.-- / 81'560.--

Tasks:

• participates based on the directives issued by the Director of the CARL and within the scope of specific competences, in drafting the rehabilitative and socio-educational development plan for the guests for whom they act as a reference figure
• performs the necessary interventions to adequately manage issues arising from the behavior of the guests, while promoting their autonomy and psycho-physical well-being
• participates in all rehabilitative, social integration, and professional activities essential to implement the objectives established by each individual's development plan
• maintains and encourages contact between guests and their families or representatives
• collaborates with internal and external operators involved in care
• executes and ensures medical prescriptions and therapeutic interventions authorized by their specific training or other instruction received and verified by direct superiors
• collaborates with social-health schools in training students in accordance with internship objectives

Requirements:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (AFC) as a social care operator (specializing in people with disabilities)
• flexibility and good adaptability
• availability to work shifts
• motivation to work in a team
• knowledge of the territory, institutions, and social-health network of the Canton Ticino
• perfect command of the Italian language and spoken knowledge of another official language
• any experience in the psychiatric field is considered a preferential qualification

• availability of the candidate to work irregular hours and shifts (holidays and nights)
