Field Services Supervisor (m/f/d | 80-100%)
Your mission: Perfectly organize worldwide service deployments
Exciting, challenging, and varied - your tasks:
- You are responsible for the smooth execution of our international service projects – from detailed planning at the company to successful commissioning at the customer
- As the operational hub and central contact for customers, assembly teams, and overall project management, you coordinate personnel, materials, and schedules for several "construction sites" simultaneously
- You actively pitch in: You check materials, tools, power supply, and crane systems to ensure smooth operations on the construction sites
- You analyze and optimize existing service processes and actively drive their standardization in the department to continuously increase our efficiency and quality
- You advise customers on maintenance and the optimization of manufacturing processes in close cooperation with the After Sales team
Passionate about service deployments - your profile:
- You have proven experience in coordinating or leading projects in a technical environment (plant construction, mechanical engineering, industry)
- Your foundation is a technical or commercial education with relevant further training (e.g., technician HF, process/project management, industrial engineering)
- You are an organizational talent who keeps an overview even in hectic phases and finds pragmatic solutions
- You are "hands-on," enjoy working operationally, and take pleasure in actively preparing and supporting construction sites
- You think in processes and have the "drive" to clearly structure, document, and anchor workflows within the team
- Good German and English skills as well as a willingness to travel about 25% are a matter of course for you
