Your tasks

• You ensure the timely and proper introduction of the uniform financing of outpatient and inpatient services (EFAS) in the Canton of Zurich. The implementation takes place within the framework of an interdisciplinary project, which you will lead and coordinate under the direction of the Department of Tariffs & Invoice Control. Together with your project team, you will develop the necessary foundations, implement the corresponding data and financial flows, and prepare the cantonal IT infrastructure. You will work closely with various stakeholders. In addition, you will work together with the legal department of the office to develop the necessary legal foundations at the cantonal level and represent the office whenever possible in inter-cantonal and national committees.

Our requirements

• You have a Master's degree in Economics, Political Science, or a related field, as well as substantial experience in managing complex projects. You are well acquainted with the Swiss healthcare system and particularly its financing mechanisms. Thanks to your structured, goal-oriented, and assertive working style, you can develop sustainable solutions even under time pressure. You are characterized by a high level of communication skills and a strong affinity for politics, possess a quick understanding, and ideally have experience in public administration. Your oral and written expression in German is impeccable.
