Your new job

• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for the funds managed by BKB Asset Management as well as ensuring internal guidelines and customer-specific instructions in the area of asset management (Investment Controlling)
• Administration of asset management mandates as well as data refinement and system maintenance to ensure smooth and correct processing of fund management and asset management
• Preparation of performance reporting for private and institutional asset management mandates
• Maintenance and release testing of the portfolio management system (Avaloq PFM)
• Sales support and professional contact for product- and performance-related questions
• Further development and optimization of processes in the areas of investment guideline controls and portfolio management system

What we benefit from

• Completed banking apprenticeship with further training (e.g. CFA, AZEK)
• Professional experience in asset management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, VBA)
• Knowledge of the core banking system Avaloq / Avaloq PFM is an advantage
• Confident in German and preferably French and/or Italian skills
• Quick comprehension, goal-oriented and precise way of working
• Enjoy taking on responsible tasks, dealing with analytical issues and developing solutions in a team
