The Fairmont Monte Carlo is a luxury hotel located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco. It features 596 rooms, suites, and residences as well as four restaurants, three bars, a Fitness Center, a Spa, two swimming pools, Room Service, and a Catering service.

• Constantly offer a professional, friendly welcome and pleasant service
• Greet guests with a smile, a welcoming word, and seat them at the table ensuring immediate follow-up by a Maître d'Hôtel or sommelier
• Provide the names of guests to the Chefs de Rang
• Answer the phone with a smile and take reservations
• Know the menu and the composition of the dishes
• Always be informed about activities and/or services to inform guests
• Check the cleanliness of menus, wine lists, and bill holders
• Check the cleanliness of the restaurant and the good condition of the dining room
• Organize the deposit and retrieval of coats at the cloakroom

• Previous experience in Catering required
• Fluent in French and English – Italian would be a plus
• Ability to work in a team
• Good presentation
• Excellent relations with clients and colleagues
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
