Requirements Profile

• Commercial training, ideally with further education in the real estate sector
• Professional experience in property management
• Further training as a property manager with a federal diploma is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Confident and professional manner in dealing with owners, tenants and business partners
• Organisational talent and enjoyment in keeping an eye on various topics simultaneously
• Good IT user skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong service orientation
