<div class="jobListItemText"><span><span><strong>IT Operations Manager</strong></span></span><br/><span><span><strong>Lausanne</strong></span></span><br/><br/><span><span>We are seeking an experienced IT Operations and Monitoring Manager to lead and oversee the operational team of our client’s critical IT applications.</span></span><br/><br/><span><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></span><ul><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Manage and Develop the IT operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and enabling a collaborative environment</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Develop and implement strategies for optimizing application performance, stability, and scalability to meet business requirements</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications, ensuring they adhere to best practices and align with the overall IT architecture</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Oversee the incident response plans, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents to minimize business impact</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including application owners, business units, and IT leadership</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Collaborate with the other IT team to ensure that applications align with the overall IT architecture strategy and standards and manage the IT Budget for the Operations team</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in application management and incident response</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Monitor application performance, analyse trends and proactively address potential issues</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Collaborate with external vendors for IT Services and products ensuring a cost-effective delivery of services based on SLA’s</span></span></li></ul><span><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></span><ul><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>5+ years experience in IT operations and incident management. </span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Proved leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring IT Teams </span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Strong technical background with experience in IT Infrastructure and Critical applications,</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Experience in creating and implementing IT Policies and best practices</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Excellent knowledge of problem-solving methodology (Fishbone, 5 Whys, etc.)</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Proven ability to lead and guide teams through complex incidents and operational challenges</span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Significant experience in managing external vendors, working with the purchasing department to negotiate contracts </span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Proven experience in crisis management - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders </span></span></li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span><span>Proficient both in French and English </span></span></li></ul></div>
