For our interdisciplinary department at the Burgdorf location, which has over 26 beds and about 46 employees as well as students and trainees, we are looking for a
certified nursing specialist with professional education (a) 80–100%
Shape nursing, empower people – your field of activity with us:
- You ensure patient-oriented, safe, and professional care even within the scope of training activities – according to the nursing concept of Spital Emmental AG
- You provide professionally sound practical training according to the training concepts of Spital Emmental AG in the department
- You are jointly responsible for the proactive development and promotion of nursing quality in the department and nursing area, taking into account efficiency and effectiveness
- You are responsible for the structured management and transparent documentation of the training process in the department
- You plan and organize the learning settings and support the practice-theory transfer
- You orient yourself to existing concepts, standards, and guidelines, consider the nursing concept, and ensure the nursing quality defined by the company
- You actively participate in the treatment and care process – together with patients, their relatives, and the interdisciplinary team
- You maintain close cooperation with the education department
What you need to be successful:
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) and already have experience in the acute care sector
- You have ideally already completed the professional trainer course or are willing to complete it
- You find the diverse medical variety of our familiar peripheral department an exciting and enriching challenge
- The well-being of patients is your focus, and you treat all people with respect and appreciation
- You work reliably, conscientiously, and gladly take on responsibility
- Further development is a matter of course for you
- Your communicative nature, flexibility, and resilience characterize you as much as your ability to work in a team and self-motivation
- Fluent German completes your profile (B2 is required for foreign language diplomas).
