The foundation is recruiting for the position of:
Occupational Therapist Manager (M/F)
90% position, split between our sites in La Chaux-de-Fonds and Neuchâtel.
Your Missions
Develop and implement treatment plans and ensure occupational therapy interventions for residents and externals.
Manage and monitor budgets related to occupational therapy interventions, optimizing resources.
Provide quality services to beneficiaries and represent the institution to external partners.
Ensure the efficiency of internal processes in occupational therapy, thus impacting costs and the proper functioning of the institution.
Manage, supervise, and train a team of occupational therapists, ensuring their professional development.
Participate in recruitment, performance evaluation, and assessment of team members.
Manage the operation of a day care unit (admission, administration, cash management)
Your Profile
Holder of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in occupational therapy or an equivalent diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross, you have solid professional experience in the field.
You are proficient in computer tools and comfortable with digital documentation and online project management.
You have an excellent team spirit, assertive autonomy, and are capable of making quick decisions while ensuring the quality of care.
Your dynamism, leadership skills, and ability to motivate your teams are major assets for this responsible position.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to communicate clearly, and to maintain a human and caring relationship with residents, collaborators, and external partners.
You know how to adapt to the challenges and demands of the field, ensuring coherent and quality care for beneficiaries.
