WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

Develop digitization strategies: You operate in the context of industrial logistics and its strategic challenges at the interface between business and IT. You take responsibility for designing and developing digitization strategies, new digital business fields, and industry-specific solutions in collaboration with our customers.
Manage complex IT projects: You lead and accompany IT projects with high complexity, including requirements and stakeholder management.
Analyze applications and studies: You conduct analysis and design of complex operational applications, feasibility studies, and system selection decisions.
Customer workshops: You take care of planning, conception, and execution of customer workshops as well as coaching in the field of software engineering.
Presales support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. At the customer site, you actively build a network and are able to generate leads.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

Qualification: You have a degree in economics with a minor in computer science, (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Consulting experience: You are an experienced consulting professional in the context of IT management consulting and have successfully initiated projects in the transport and logistics industry as a consultant. You have at least five years of experience in IT management consulting, especially in the conception and practical implementation of modern and flexible IT architectures and frameworks.
Agile approach: You bring experience with agile methods such as Scrum; ideally a certification as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Requirements Engineer.
Certificates: You have successfully completed or are willing to complete a certification as Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced.
Conceptual thinking: You have great persuasiveness, an open, communicative, and helpful manner, and creative power.
Industry knowledge: Experience in the transport and logistics industry.
Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
