The Sägermatt Retirement and Nursing Home offers a home to 50 people in need of light to intensive care from Lengnau and the surrounding area. Of these, 12 places are in the residential group for people with dementia or special needs. We support and promote their existing resources and are particularly committed to meaningful and enjoyable life and daily activities.
To complement our care team, we are looking for immediate or by arrangement
Dipl. HF or Health Specialist at least 60%
You bring with you
- Experience in the care and support of elderly people
- Joy in the profession and in dealing with elderly people and people with special needs
- High social competence
- Ability to work in an intraprofessional and interdisciplinary team
- Enjoyment in working with trainees; ideally, you have completed or wish to complete the trainer course
- Willingness to take on different shifts

- Ensuring professional care based on the care process
- Professional care and support of residents in complex situations
- Documenting and interpreting the nursing services provided
