About the job
To complement our team, we are looking for an experienced professional and mature personality as a Social Pedagogy Contact Person.
Workload: 80% part-time
Start date: immediately or by arrangement
In this position, you have the opportunity to positively influence the lives of people in precarious situations and make a significant difference in the lives of those affected. You take on the support of the clients entrusted to you throughout the entire process: you jointly design the stay, residential support, work program with them and the involved specialist agencies, and you set priorities in the objectives and support planning.
As an innovative personality, you work in a development-oriented manner and integrate your knowledge and experience into an interdisciplinary team. You value direct work with clients, networking with the social environment, as well as collaboration with the referrers.
An experienced, well-coordinated team awaits you, providing the necessary professional and collegial support for this demanding work. Participation in the implementation of the concept allows you to contribute to the further development of the institution beyond everyday work.
Your area of responsibility
‒ Function as a contact person responsible for several clients
‒ Planning and organizing the stay
‒ Counseling, care, and support of clients
‒ Supporting clients in organizing and managing everyday life
‒ Crisis intervention
‒ Medication administration according to medical prescription
‒ Case administration and reporting
‒ On-call duty/weekend duty sporadically
‒ Responsibility for general tasks and services
‒ Proactive collaboration with referrers, authorities, specialist agencies, and other operations of the Addiction Foundation
Your profile
‒ Training in social work, social pedagogy, health professional (FaGe)/care (FaBe), or comparable educational background such as psychiatric nursing
‒ Preferably experience working with people with addiction disorders and mental impairments
‒ Knowledge of the regional addiction and social welfare system is an advantage
‒ Interest and joy in the results-oriented rehabilitation of people with addiction disorders and multiple illnesses
‒ Stable personality, age 30 plus
‒ Proficient in German
‒ Skilled in IT applications and experienced in administration
‒ Flexibility and personal responsibility
‒ Driver's license category B
