Assistant Restaurant Manager Jacks Brasserie 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Ensuring a smooth service process taking into account internal service standards
- Efficient service as well as active selling to guests
- Co-responsibility for daily closings
- Co-responsibility for inventory, implementation of HACCP, and further development of internal processes in the outlet
- Maintaining our guest database and expanding the existing regular customers
- Individual employee development and staff training as well as training of restaurant specialist apprentices
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in team organization and scheduling as well as administrative tasks
- Representing the Restaurant Manager during their absence
What we expect from you
- A completed training as a restaurant specialist or hotel management school
- Experience in a comparable position in 5-star hospitality
- High quality awareness and ideally knowledge of LQA and SDH standards
- Sound knowledge of wine and beverage science
- Very good German and English skills, good French skills are an advantage
- Team spirit, passion, and good communication skills
