- HES nursing degree or equivalent; RAI coordinator training is a plus.
- Proficient in common IT tools like Carefolio and Office.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written French.

Profile
- HES nurse training or equivalent qualification;
- RAI coordinator training would be an asset.
- Knowledge of common computer tools (Carefolio, Office);
- Good oral and written knowledge of French;
- Experience ideally with elderly people;
- Ability to handle difficult situations;
- Good communication and listening skills;
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, dynamic but calm by nature;
- Sense of interdisciplinary teamwork.

- Provide appropriate and quality care in agreement with the residents and according to their resources while respecting their needs;
- Promote comprehensive and daily support for residents both in terms of care and relationships and accompaniment;
- Demonstrate an attitude respectful of professional ethics;
- Commit to an interdisciplinary team to advocate for optimal individualized care.
