WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- you take responsibility for the care and support process of residents with severe physical and/or mental disabilities
- you maintain close communication with other nursing specialists, the head of medical care, and external medical contacts (general practitioners, etc.)
- you focus your work on needs- and resource-oriented care and support. You perceive the residents individually in their personality
- you support the work in a self-organized team with your team-oriented personality
- you ensure the on-call service in rotation with other nursing specialists. A company vehicle is available for this purpose
- you accompany HF nursing students and trainees in health / care professions
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- completed training as a nursing specialist HF, FH, DN I, DN II or AKP
- joy in working with people with disabilities and a high sense of responsibility
- team spirit, resilience, and the ability to keep a cool head in hectic situations.
- interest in continuous further education and personal development
