- Creating and preparing sushi, sashimi, and other Asian specialties
- Ordering goods as well as receiving and checking goods
- Calculating the dishes
- Co-responsible for the hygiene concept

- You have experience in preparing sushi and Japanese dishes
- You speak German and/or English
- An efficient, clean, and careful way of working is a must for you
