Your new field of responsibility

• Leading, planning, and realizing projects
• Technical, financial, and scheduling project responsibility
• Communication, coordination, and alignment in the project environment with customers, planners, and subcontractors up to commissioning
• Checking technical feasibility
• Coordination of technical processing in the HVACSE area (software / schematics / visualization)
• Coordination of the setup of building management systems and networks
• Organization of material and personnel resources
• Coordination of commissioning and on-site support
  
  

Your talents and experience

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering or HVAC
• Further training as a technician HF or FH is an advantage (specialization in electrical, HVAC, building technology)
• Good knowledge in the HVACSE, MSR, or electrical sector is an advantage
• Good MS Office and network skills
• Willingness to travel (20–30%) within the Bern region
• Communication and organizational skills, initiative, systematic and independent working style, and an entrepreneurial mindset are prerequisites
• Negotiation skills, reliability, and teamwork
• Excellent oral and written German skills
