What you can achieve
- Ensuring a smooth registration process for stays and interventions as well as reception and registration of patients
- Ensuring telephone availability by providing information, answering general inquiries, and forwarding calls to the responsible departments
- Coordination of internal interfaces as well as organizational support in daily business
- Creating routine correspondence, simple reports and protocols (partly by dictation) as well as preparing meetings
- Recording, managing and archiving data (physically and electronically) as well as preparing simple statistics and tables
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in an administrative or organizational function, ideally in healthcare
- Confident handling of MS Office and common office applications
- Structured, independent working style with high personal responsibility
