Your tasks
- Independent controlling for the locations in the area of responsibility, including regular reporting to management
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS), including forecast creation
- Preparation of the annual business plan
- Preparation of facility managers for budget negotiations with cost carriers
- Reporting of statistics and key figures for relevant stakeholders of the locations, e.g. hospital associations
- Department-specific evaluations and analyses of the profit centers (e.g. somatics, psychiatry, rehab, nursing)
- Conducting target-actual comparisons, variance analyses and ad-hoc evaluations
- Further development and optimization of internal reporting structures, key figures and processes
- Handling of business management special projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling or commercial training with experience in controlling or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO desirable
- Strong affinity for numbers, process understanding and analytical thinking skills
