🎯 YOUR PROFILE

Completed commercial vocational training with further education in Revenue Management
At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or a comparable position in 4* or 5* hotels
Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage
Strong service orientation, high quality awareness and attention to detail
Neat appearance, professional manners and friendly demeanor
Empathetic and discreet personality, as well as willingness to go the extra mile

📄 YOUR TASKS

Responsibility for the entire reservation management
Leadership, training and scheduling of the reservation team (2-3 people) - Careful input and management of guest and reservation data as well as availabilities - Acceptance and processing of all reservations including system bookings with ReGuest - Ensuring smooth processes according to guidelines according to LQA, Forbes and quality management system - Commission accounting
Creation and evaluation of various statistics (including forecast, monthly reporting, annual reporting) - Development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize revenue (Yield Management) - Analysis & reporting: monitoring of KPIs
Work with property management systems (Protel), channel managers (Synexis) and revenue management software
Optimization of channels (website, OTAs, GDS)
Taking over duty manager services
