🎯 YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial vocational training with further education in Revenue Management
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or a comparable position in 4* or 5* hotels
- Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage
- Strong service orientation, high quality awareness and attention to detail
- Neat appearance, professional manners and friendly demeanor
- Empathetic and discreet personality, as well as willingness to go the extra mile
📄 YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for the entire reservation management
- Leadership, training and scheduling of the reservation team (2-3 people) - Careful input and management of guest and reservation data as well as availabilities - Acceptance and processing of all reservations including system bookings with ReGuest - Ensuring smooth processes according to guidelines according to LQA, Forbes and quality management system - Commission accounting
- Creation and evaluation of various statistics (including forecast, monthly reporting, annual reporting) - Development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize revenue (Yield Management) - Analysis & reporting: monitoring of KPIs
- Work with property management systems (Protel), channel managers (Synexis) and revenue management software
- Optimization of channels (website, OTAs, GDS)
- Taking over duty manager services
