What you can achieve
- Reception and care of patients in the outpatient clinic, information and support for patients during the treatment process
- Organization and execution of blood draws, applying dressings, and general assistance with medical activities in nephrology consultations
- Medical assistance while adhering to aseptic rules during kidney biopsies
- Appointment scheduling and coordination, support in organizing daily operations, as well as recording and maintaining patient data in our IT system
- Close exchange and collaboration with various interfaces and interdisciplinary and interprofessional teams
What you bring
- Completed vocational training as an MPA
- Preferably several years of professional experience in a hospital or larger medical practice
- Very good German language skills, knowledge of foreign languages (French, English) is an advantage
- Very good IT skills
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong service orientation and a high sense of responsibility
