Dynamic, efficient, and long-established Swiss milling group, Groupe Minoteries SA (GMSA) processes and markets cereals and food raw materials for its partners in the industry and artisanal bakery sectors.
Your tasks/responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team (5 people) by promoting collaboration and performance
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and compliance of production facilities and building infrastructure
- Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in maintenance, upkeep, and repair work of production facilities, silos, and buildings
- Actively participate in resolving mechanical and electromechanical breakdowns
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of investment and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure monitoring and control of the maintenance budget
- Coordinate external service providers and ensure the quality of interventions
- Guarantee the application of safety, hygiene, and quality directives at work
Your profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an industrial equipment constructor, mechanic, and have completed additional training (e.g., ES diploma or advanced professional exam). Knowledge in automation and pneumatics is desired.
- You have solid experience and skills in facility maintenance, ideally in the food industry, as well as proven management experience
- You are a native French speaker and proficient with common computer tools (MS Office). Knowledge of German is an asset.
- You hold a category B driving license.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility, are conscientious, organized, flexible, and appreciate teamwork
