What you can achieve
- Engineering and co-development of the tactical communication solution for the Army Telecommunications Program (TK A)
- Assuming a Team Coach / Scrum Master role according to the SAFe framework
- Collaboration in the creation of system architecture and concept documents (technical concepts, variant analyses)
- Close cooperation with software and hardware development teams (HW/SW) to further develop the products
- Setup and operation of demo setups as well as conducting feasibility studies, prototypes, and customer demonstrations
- Requirements engineering at system and component level (collection, analysis, specification, change management)
- Planning, execution, and documentation of system integrations – e.g., integration of heterogeneous communication and network systems
- Active participation in interdisciplinary projects
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a comparable technical field
- Experience in system engineering and architecture, ideally in a safety-relevant environment
- Experience in requirements engineering and technical documentation
- Very good network and security knowledge
- Solid Linux knowledge (operation and configuration)
- Experience dealing with customers in the federal or defense environment is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with pronounced technical understanding and team spirit
