ICT Senior System Engineer / SAFe Team Coach

About the job

• Engineering and co-development of the tactical communication solution for the Army Telecommunications Program (TK A)
• Assuming a Team Coach / Scrum Master role according to the SAFe framework
• Collaboration in the creation of system architecture and concept documents (technical concepts, variant analyses)
• Close cooperation with software and hardware development teams (HW/SW) to further develop the products
• Setup and operation of demo setups as well as conducting feasibility studies, prototypes, and customer demonstrations
• Requirements engineering at system and component level (collection, analysis, specification, change management)
• Planning, execution, and documentation of system integrations – e.g., integration of heterogeneous communication and network systems
• Active participation in interdisciplinary projects

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a comparable technical field
• Experience in system engineering and architecture, ideally in a safety-relevant environment
• Experience in requirements engineering and technical documentation
• Very good network and security knowledge
• Solid Linux knowledge (operation and configuration)
• Experience dealing with customers in the federal or defense environment is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with pronounced technical understanding and team spirit
