Your tasks
- Responsibility for the competent, economical, and contemporary management of a well-coordinated team including duty and deployment planning
- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration with the entire supply chain
- Project work and taking on additional tasks
- Case management work including needs assessments with interRAI and taking on nursing assignments
Your profile
- Training as a registered nurse HF
- Proven leadership experience
- Professional experience in the outpatient sector
- Business management thinking and acting
- Organizational skills and assertiveness
