As a Plant Controller (m/f/d), you are an integral part of the decision-making process and provide reliable figures for production, logistics, and purchasing. You create recipient-oriented, high-quality reports and can interpret them. As a Business Partner, you advise and support the various production sites and provide well-founded recommendations for action.

This is your area of responsibility:

• Preparation of calculation bases for product and order costing
• Preparation of plan-actual comparisons and variance analyses of product costing, production, and customer orders
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as support during inventory
• Analysis of data, key figures, and processes as well as derivation of recommendations for action
• Preparation, coordination, and execution of rolling forecasts and multi-year planning
• Preparation of investment and profitability calculations as well as support in make-or-buy decisions
• Support of line, project, and process managers in performance management
• Leadership and support of projects at the site and within the Hoval Group

This is how you convince us:

• Completed studies in business administration (BWL) with a focus on finance/controlling or equivalent
• Several years of experience in the production/industrial environment as well as in production controlling
• Very good SAP knowledge (CO, MM, PP) as well as MS Office
• Very good German and English skills
• Structured and analytical thinking skills and solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel approx. 20% (Germany, Sweden)
