To strengthen our Personal Insurance department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a French-speaking Lawyer at 60%, for Personal Insurance services.

The tasks awaiting you:

Handle disputes related to accident insurance, issue decisions on oppositions and legal writings
Handle disputes related to sickness loss of earnings insurance, negotiate, mediate, and draft legal writings
Analyze and respond to legal questions from case managers in accident insurance and sickness loss of earnings, underwriters, and brokers
Actively participate in projects and internal training

Your profile:

Master's degree in law or equivalent qualification
Ideally some initial experience in a similar role in social insurance
Native French speaker with proficiency in Italian
Proficient in common IT tools (MS Office)
