As a SAP QM Specialist, you take on a central role in the successful implementation of demanding customer projects in the public sector. You competently advise departments on quality management in SAP, accompany implementations and optimizations, and ensure that processes are mapped efficiently, stably, and correctly from a professional perspective.

With your pronounced, consulting-oriented mindset, you act as an interface between the department, IT, and other stakeholders. You understand the requirements of our customers, speak their language, and translate professional needs into sustainable SAP QM solutions. At the same time, you initiate continuous improvements in processes, system usage, and quality standards.

Job Description

• Professional support and further development of the SAP QM module within company processes
• Support in the planning, implementation, and optimization of quality management processes
• Consulting departments (maintenance, logistics, etc.) regarding quality inspections, inspection lot management, quality notifications, and processes
• Creation of reports, evaluations, and KPIs to monitor product and process quality
• Ensuring the integration of SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, PM, or SD
• Participation in projects for the introduction of new quality standards and continuous process improvement
• Training and support of end users in handling SAP QM
• Ensuring compliance with quality and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Completed training or studies in computer science, industrial engineering, production/quality, or comparable fields
• Several years of experience with SAP QM in a production or industrial company
• Knowledge of adjacent modules such as MM, PP, PM is an advantage
• Experience in process consulting and customizing of SAP QM
• Analytical thinking and ability to implement technical requirements into business processes
• Very good German and English skills
• Independent, structured working style as well as high team and communication skills
• Residence in Switzerland
