Site Manager for Maintenance Cleaning Herisau

Your new challenge:

For a demanding cleaning site in the retail sector, we are looking for a responsible personality as a site manager. In this role, you will take over the operational management of a team of 5 employees as well as actively participate in cleaning on site.

Your tasks at a glance:

Management and deployment planning of a team of 5 employees
Daily participation in cleaning (a fixed part of your activity)
Ensuring cleaning quality through systematic controls and their documentation
Communication with the client and contact person for operational concerns
Control of electronic time recording
Ordering and management of consumables
Working days: Monday – Saturday
Working hours: Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu 19:00 – 21:00 / Fri 20:00 – 22:00 / Sat 18:00-20:00

Experience in a comparable role in building cleaning
Expertise in maintenance cleaning
Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
