Your Contribution
After your onboarding, you will be responsible for the administrative tasks in the recruitment process:
- You coordinate the job posting in collaboration with the responsible parties
- You organize meetings with the managers to jointly define the selection criteria
- You write and publish the job advertisements
- You review, sort, and select the applications
- You assist in determining the salaries
- You take care of all administrative steps up to hiring
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- At least 3 years of experience in HR support, administration, or project management, ideally in recruiting
- You speak fluent French and German and enjoy using these languages daily, as a large part of your vacancies are in French
- You work in a structured, reliable, and efficient manner
- You demonstrate a proactive attitude, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team
- You have experience with HR processes and have already worked in an agile environment or would like to
