In this key role, you will competently accompany our clients through the entire marketing process until successful completion. You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and appreciate a professional, collegial environment.

Senior Real Estate Consultant New Construction 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your core tasks:

Support in the acquisition of new construction mandates (offers, offer presentations, project assessments, and sales/rental price evaluations)

Consulting and support of our clients and prospective buyers throughout the entire marketing process

Development and implementation of marketing strategies and concepts

Sale of new construction projects in all Walde market areas

Planning and conducting consultation meetings and viewings

Responsibility for implementing the defined marketing measures within the budget

Presentation of projects to banks

Preparation of purchase contracts in cooperation with notaries

Participation in the preparation of legal documents Maintenance and documentation of all activities in the CRM

Your profile:

Several years of experience in real estate sales with demanding clients

Solid knowledge in the sale of new construction projects

Experience in customer care and key account management

Commercial basic training with further education in the real estate industry

Confident, winning appearance and strong communication skills

Team-oriented, innovative, and open to new approaches

Enjoy building and maintaining a strong network

Fluent German and good English skills

Driver's license category B
