You take on goal- and process-oriented case management for young adults and advise and support them in their self-determined way of life. You work closely with disability insurance, authorities, professionals, and family members and support the young adults in household tasks and cooking, leisure activities, as well as financial and administrative matters. You enjoy active participation in teamwork and consider the flawless completion of administrative and organizational tasks a matter of course.
What you bring with you
You have a degree in social work or social pedagogy and have experience in professional communication and relationship work with adolescents or young adults with disabilities. Networked thinking, empathy, resilience, flexibility, and independence complete your profile.

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Youth Zollikofen - a private, politically and denominationally neutral organization with a non-profit purpose. Our task is to support and accompany people with special needs from birth to young adulthood.
We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public schools and special schools, as well as professionals. Our core competencies lie in the support and accompaniment of young people with visual impairments, blindness, multiple disabilities, or from the autism spectrum.
