These are your tasks

• Planning and implementation of demanding Modern Work projects for SME customers – from consulting through conception to successful implementation and training
• Handling complex issues in 3rd-level support and ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance systems – on-site or remote
• Conceptual collaboration in optimizing internal processes, knowledge transfer, and further development of standards
• Independent and structured project work with targeted deployment according to individual strengths and interests
• Technical consulting at eye level with economic and process-oriented thinking as a sparring partner for customers

What you bring with you

• Completed IT training (EFZ or equivalent) and several years of professional experience in the Modern Work environment of an ICT service provider, ideally with an SME focus
• Profound knowledge in the Microsoft universe (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Power Automate) as well as cross-system thinking
• Solid understanding in related areas such as Windows Server and clients, firewalls, or VoIP – or the willingness to develop further in these areas
• Customer-oriented, solution-driven personality with a structured, independent working style and team spirit
• Driver's license category B as well as confident German and English skills, both spoken and written
