What you can achieve
- Reception and care of patients in the outpatient clinic, providing information and support to patients during the treatment process
- Organization and execution of blood draws, application of bandages, and general assistance with medical activities in the nephrology consultations
- Medical assistance while adhering to asepsis rules during kidney biopsies
- Appointment scheduling and coordination, support in organizing daily operations, as well as recording and maintaining patient data in our IT system
- Close communication and collaboration with various interfaces and the interdisciplinary and interprofessional teams
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as an MPA
- Preferably several years of professional experience in a hospital or larger medical practice
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of foreign languages (French, English) is an advantage
- Very good IT skills
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong service orientation and a high sense of responsibility
