Service Technician / Plant Installer

for the Engadin

Are you looking for a responsible and versatile job with frequent customer contact during the installation and maintenance of our products on-site? Do you want to learn how automatic doors and gates work? Then you are exactly right with us! In this position, you will spend an average of 50% on assembly and 50% on customer service. To build the necessary knowledge, you will be thoroughly introduced to our products through the internal training unit, the Gilgen Academy, and continuously trained and further educated.

Your area of responsibility

You install automatic door and gate systems and become an expert in maintenance work. Repairing, supplementing, renovating - you make everything run smoothly
Furthermore, you hand over the system with instructions to the customer and clarify and realize customer requests
In addition, you take on on-call duty and show that you can remain calm even in stressful moments
If you want to develop further and have built up Gilgen knowledge, the door to becoming a lead foreman, Academy foreman, or special plant installer is open to you

Your profile

Successfully completed vocational training in the fields of construction, electrical, metal, wood, or similar, with a strong connection to mechanics or electricity
You know the customs on the construction site from personal experience
Service work is your thing - or you are curious to discover this exciting world
You have a category B driver's license and live in the deployment region
You present yourself correctly and convincingly, and you are flexible and resilient
