What you can achieve with us:

• Co-responsibility for the correct implementation of care processes
• You will carry out the planned care and support of residents based on their individual needs and our care guidelines
• You will report observations, document objectively, and are responsible for clear and complete documentation
• You will assist with activating, reactivating, and maintaining therapeutic care and support tasks
• You will assist in organizing activities
• Support in training our trainees FaGe EFZ and AGS EBA

What you bring:

• Completed training as a health professional (EFZ)
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and willingness to serve
• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
• Good oral and written German skills as well as IT knowledge
• Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
