What is the position about?

Then the apprenticeship as a Plant Operator EFZ is just right for you!

In this apprenticeship, you will learn how to operate, monitor, and maintain production and manufacturing systems. You plan and optimize production processes, carry out repairs, and ensure that the quality of our products is always right. You will work in shifts and be part of a well-coordinated team in production.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- operate and monitor production and manufacturing systems
- plan, control, and optimize production processes
- perform maintenance and repair work
- monitor and ensure product quality
- be flexibly deployed in a 2-shift operation

You:
- achieve good results in mathematics, technical design, and STEM subjects
- have manual skills
- possess good logical and analytical thinking abilities
- work carefully, team-oriented, and responsibly
