About the job
What you do
- Cleaning work in stairwells, paths, and forecourts
- Simple garden maintenance tasks
- Support with moves
- Winter service (during the day)
- Disposal, recycling of various materials, waste collection rounds
- Various small repairs
- General tasks in property maintenance

With your polite, well-groomed, and discreet appearance as well as your responsible and efficient way of working, you ensure the smooth maintenance of our real estate properties.
What you bring
You enjoy physical work outdoors in any weather, you are used to handling machines in the garden area, and you are familiar with common administrative tasks on the PC. You are an open, reliable, polite, and cheerful personality who enjoys working independently and in a team. You have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written, and you possess a category B and BE (trailer) driving license; a forklift license is an advantage. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the mentioned activities.
