What you can achieve
- Reception and admission of patients
- Coordination of initial and follow-up appointments
- Receiving and forwarding calls as well as providing information
- Preparation and organization of consultation hours including master data maintenance
- Checking service recording and correspondence with various insurance carriers
- General administrative tasks
What you bring with you
- Completed training (commercial or nursing) with administrative experience in healthcare; further training as a medical secretary is an advantage
- Good knowledge of medical terminology
- Confident manners and discretion
- Fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as very good French skills are required; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Very good IT user skills in MS Office (SAP is an advantage)
